Who are the Managers?
- Dr Julian Mead is the Clinical Director for the Dover Town Primary Care Network (DTPCN). He takes the lead on all collaborative and shared clinical services across the PCN and liaises with the General Practitioners and Managers at each of the Member Practices. He also takes the lead on strategic developments and stakeholders.
- Adrian Young is the Digital and Transformation Lead (DTL) and manages the staff, shared services and explores ways to improve services by accessing and harnessing new technologies.

What is a Children's Mental Health Practitioner?
A children's Mental Health Practitioner role is to focus on supporting children and young people who have an identified or suspected mental health issue, they offer access to mental health advice and provide or signpost the child to additional support. A childrens Mental Health Practitioner can offer an assesment, intervention and evidence-based treatments to children aged 0-18 years.
